The friendly staff were a highlight of our stay, always ready to assist with a smile.

The traffic noise was quite loud in our room, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at times.

traffic noise

terrible smell

the noise from traffic is simply unbearable, I had to wear earplugs! also, an awful smell in my room that smelled like cat’s toilet! I almost woudl ve been okay, but I didn’t even get a complimentary gift for my troubles. so disappointing to be treated like everyone else, not a VIP guest. last time for sure.

unpleasant odor

The room smelled like it had been a smoking area despite being marketed as a non-smoking room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast options were limited and unimpressive, ham had an odd smell, and the omelette was dry. Finding the parking was confusing with poor signage, and once inside, the soundproofing didn't hold up against the traffic noise, making rest difficult at night.

Comfortable room, convenient location, our stay was enhanced by the friendly staff who provided excellent service along with wonderful air-conditioning, and the free parking made our trip hassle-free as we explored the nearby shopping center only five minutes away.
